Work Summary
During my time at Kotak, I had the opportunity to work on more than 15 mobile and web products. One of the teams I was a part of was MB 2.0, where our main focus was to improve current Kotak application. In this role, I worked on a range of projects, including Locker booking, Registration, Profile, Home screen, Mutual Funds, Loans etc.,
Throughout these projects, I collaborated closely with various teams, such as the design system, UX writers, product managers, Sales, Marketing, and Bank teams.

Locker Booking
The current process for booking lockers at Kotak Mahindra Bank requires customers to physically visit a bank, resulting in inconvenience and inefficiency.
